Lindy's Story

About a decade ago, my physical health deteriorated drastically. I went from being in the best shape of my life, to suddenly finding myself struggling to climb a flight of stairs without putting forth immense effort and tears.

I came to the realization that I was not alone in my struggle. Many adults were also suffering from the adverse effects of a stressful existence. Understanding my own nervous system and learning to manage stress became a matter of life and death…
